Outside there is the terrace with hammocks and a 14x6m pool. Its typical Ibizan porch invites us to enjoy a good meal (table for 12 people and annex with barbecue), rest on its sofas and Balinese bed and of the views of the Mediterranean style garden. Thanks to its privileged location in Sant Llorenç de Balafia, you can enjoy the best beaches and restaurants in just a few minutes. Leaving the kitchen we find a typical Ibizan porch where there is a table for 12 people and several Balinese sofas to rest as well as a full bathroom. Leaving the porch, we find the terrace with its 12 hammocks and right in front of it is the 14x6 m infinity pool, perfect for enjoying the magnificent sunsets. It also has an attached chillout with a 2x2 m Balinese bed and a barbecue.

Yes, but the owner has to pay fo it, so it is included in the price. It's protected by the Law 13/2017, 29 december modifying the Law 2/2016, 30 march. From 2016 the Balearic Government approved a NEW Tourist TAX payable by ALL tourists visiting the Balearic Islands and actualized in 2017.
This local tax accounts for 2€ per day per person for the first 8 days and after the 9th day it is reduced to 1€ per day per person. However this only applies to adults over the age of 16 years, so you will be able to easily calculate the amount you will have to pay in cash to the landlord of the property you have rented upon key collection. Example : Family of 3 Adults 3 children and 2 babies for 10 days will have to pay a total of 54€ in TAX. (2€ x 8 days x 3 adults = 48€) + (1€ x 2 days x 3 adults =6) = 54€.
