A few kilometers you can find beautiful beaches and a small bays with crystal clear water, good restaurants and the famous Hippy Market (Owners will be glad to advice).
Every house has air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV and a large outdoor chill-out with toilet and kitchen in the pool area. (Rent a car is recommended).

In the high season (April to October) minimum stay length is 7 days. We only accept rentals that start on a Saturday and finish on Saturday.
Your food expenses, your transport, your outings, are not included in your rental price.
We want our guests to arrive at their villas and get straight into holiday mode. Each of our properties comes complete with bed linens cleaned every week, and towels changed twice a week.

This local tax accounts for 2€ per day per person for the first 8 days and after the 9th day it is reduced to 1€ per day per person. However this only applies to adults over the age of 16 years, so you will be able to easily calculate the amount you will have to pay in cash to the landlord of the property you have rented upon key collection. Example : Family of 3 Adults 3 children and 2 babies for 10 days will have to pay a total of 54€ in TAX. (2€ x 8 days x 3 adults = 48€) + (1€ x 2 days x 3 adults =6) = 54€.
